Governance Framework

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall strategic direction and oversight of the NFCPT. Appointed by the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, the board ensures that the Trust fulfills its mandate of promoting fish consumption and ensuring food security across all 14 regions of Namibia.
