Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the Finance Manager with strategic financial planning. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support the annual audit process.
• Ensure compliance with Public Procurement Act and Treasury directives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (NQF Level 7).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Membership of ICAN or a recognised accounting body preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Sage, Pastel, or similar).
